Safety Information

Safety First, Always

I take safety extremely seriously—for both my customers and myself. That’s why I go well beyond the minimum required personal protective equipment (PPE) during every service. With over a decade of experience in the pest control industry and a spotless safety record, I apply all products with precision, care, and efficiency.

When I treat your home, you’ll often see me wearing a face shield, elbow-length gloves, a respirator, and a Tyvek suit. These measures aren’t just for show—they’re a reflection of my commitment to long-term safety and professionalism. Protecting your home starts with protecting the person responsible for it, and I intend to do this job safely for many years to come.

Please Review The Following Information Prior To Service:

  1. All people, children and pets need to stay inside following an exterior spray, the products can be harmful only when wet, once the products are dry it will be safe to resume normal activities.
  2. An exterior spray can not be completed an hour before or during a significant amount of rain. Exterior services will also not be scheduled during high winds due to pesticide drift.
  3. No products will be applied near gardens or anything that resembles edibles.
  4. G.B. Pest Solutions will provide all work in a professional manner. G.B. Pest Solutions will provide reasonable care while performing any work to avoid damaging any part of the structure(s), plants, bushes, trees or animals. Under no circumstances or conditions will G.B. Pest Solutions be responsible for damage caused by G.B. Pest Solutions during the time the work is being performed, unless the damage is caused by gross negligence on the part of G.B. Pest Solutions.
  5. No pets shall be left inside, including the basement, during a treatment in which spray products are required to be used inside. This would apply to a service for bed bugs or fleas in which harsher products may be used. Follow instructions from the technician for specific minimum requirements of the exit duration. The time frame to be gone is usually 2-4 hours.
  6. There may be non-chemical strategies recommended that will also help control the pest issue including sanitation, physical and/or mechanical controls, and harborage reduction.
  7. Please note that for a few days following a treatment you may see increased pest activity. Do not be concerned if this occurs, as this is a result of the treatment driving the pests out of their harborage/nesting areas.
